2024 Service Changes
January
Service changes may include modifications to frequency, schedules, trip times, routing or stop locations. COTA modifies service three times per year on the first Monday of January, May and September.
Public Meetings
To ensure all those within our communities have an opportunity to understand the decisions we make at COTA and provide input, we conduct a number of meetings throughout the year and encourage the public to attend.
COTA will host service change information meetings regarding the changes scheduled to take place January 1, 2024. Learn more about the final changes by joining one of our upcoming public meetings or contact COTA to give your feedback.

Printer-Friendly Schedule Brochures
Due to feedback from riders, COTA is updating our schedule brochure template to make it easier for riders to print themselves. The new brochures will use a standard 8½ by 11-inch page size.

45 New Albany
To provide more direct service between New Albany Park & Ride and downtown Columbus, the inbound morning trip and outbound evening trip will no longer stop at Easton Transit Center. The outbound morning trip and inbound afternoon trip will continue to stop at Easton Transit Center. Customers should note that all-day service is available between Easton Transit Center and New Albany Park & Ride on Line 35.
71 Hilliard
Cemetery Road Park and Ride will close. Line 71 will no longer serve Hilliard UMC Park and Ride will. The new end of line for Line 71 in Hilliard will be Renner Road Park and Ride.
CMAX Cleveland Ave
COTA staff are continuing to evaluate Cleveland Ave stop spacing. No changes will be made for January 2024.
